Honeymoon Palsy is an affectation of arm nerve considered to be Radial Neuropathy or Radial Mononeuropathy.  This results from trauma to the radial Nerve.  Radial Nerve supplies the length of the arm.  This condition is also referred to as Saturday Night Palsy, Honeymoon Palsy, Handcuff Neuropathy, and even Crutch Palsy.  This usually happen to drunk persons who feel asleep at the back of their arm pressed by a bar edge.  It can also be acquired through sitting with arms draping over the backrest of a neighboring chair.   There are accidents and trauma that happens and will create this kind of condition but what is important has to ease it away in the most convenient and fastest time.  There are symptoms to consider on the diagnosis like wrist drop, numbness of the palmar and ventral surfaces, and inability to straighten the fingers.  Causes and manifestations can go on but when you are facing and experiencing this condition, it is wise that you understand the course of the disease.
